ALS T1-450 Squeeze Tube Labelling Machine

The ALS T1-450 squeeze tube labelling machine is for labelling plastic or aluminium squeeze tubes (prior to filling). You can apply full or partial (spot) wrap, with or without overlap. No wrinkles or bubbles will appear over time no bubbles, no skewing. The tube labelling machine is very quick. It can go up to 100 tubes per minute. THe maximum diameter is 60mm (= 2.5 inch). It can apply labels in relation to the flip-top cap opening or to a registration mark. Easy to repair the only part which can be changed is the central mandrel hub. You can do it quickly without any specific tool. The machine can easily integrated with other fillers such as Kalix, Norden or with tube production lines.
