Corner Wrap-Around

Depending on the direction of travel and your requirements, labels can be applied by either of the following methods:
  • Side & Rear, where the label is applied as for side application but the remainder is left to be rolled on afterwards by an applicator roller on an angled pneumatic cylinder, timed to “chase” the pack as it travels past.

  • Front & Side, where the label is applied as for front application, where the first half of the label is pre-dispensed from the backing, exposing half of the label in the path of the on-coming pack. The label is supported by a sprung applicator roller which presses the label down by moving with the motion of the pack as it travels. When the roller reaches the corner, the applicator starts dispensing the rest of the label in sync with the speed of the pack.
