“We approached ALS with a very challenging job. We had produced over half a million labels in over 60 different sorts that had to go onto rubber fridge magnets. Our client had also given us the task of labeling the magnets and shipping back as a complete job. ALS handled every aspect of the labeling job, from the storage of the magnets, to the application, to the distribution. They custom built an application line which had to label to within 0.5mm accuracy vertically and horizontally which, as the magnets themselves were rubber and prone to bending when pressure was applied, was a challenge in itself. Despite an incredibly tight timescale the job was completed to perfection. I would not hesitate in using ALS again, as jobs don’t come any more demanding that that one!”
